Will the 'ANTICHRIST' Arrive to SAVE "Mother Earth" as an "Environmentalist"?

If you are not already aware of the state of affairs that our world is in these days, then you are either living completely cut off in the wilderness with no outside communications to the world at large (or) are "living under a rock"! Even if the international front did not have its own problems, we seem to be having our own fair share of issues right here at home in the United States as well.

THAT IS BECAUSE:

There is both fact and fiction in every scenario... Especially when it comes to multi-national corporations, political groups and leaders, or the agendas of governments and their officials involved, where it pertains to the acquisition of wealth and power.

While reviewing the below information - keep in mind that there is ALWAYS 2 TRUTHS... There is the promoted "truth" (propaganda) that the public is made aware of and convinced on, in order to rally support for a cause and continue in ongoing efforts to solve a specific challenge. Then there is also the REAL TRUTH and underlying motives of the corporate and/or political leaders, who have suggested a resolution for these "perceived" problems and whatever challenges (contrived or not) that may be created as a result.

Brief History - The War on Drugs

It's a war without a clear enemy. Anything waged against a shapeless, intangible noun can never truly be won. Within the past 40 years, the U.S. government has spent over $2.5 trillion dollars fighting the War on Drugs. Despite the ad campaigns, increased incarceration rates and a crackdown on smuggling, the number of illicit drug users in America has risen over the years.

Drug-related violence in Mexico has gotten so bad that it is now spilling over into the United States. Arizona has suffered a rash of kidnappings and ransoms. Texas requested for National Guard protection from Mexican drug crime which prompted the U.S. Director of National Intelligence to declare that the Mexican government had lost control of its own territory. Mexican President Felipe Calderón responded by pointing out that his nation shared a border with "the biggest consumer of drugs in the world and the largest supplier of weapons in the world."

*Not to forget mentioning the numerous accusations of corrupt politics which allow for some drugs to flow unencumbered and their cartels left unpunished, while other crime syndicates are harassed and persecuted. It seems that an epidemic of drug use is still being allowed which keeps a percentage of the populace in a regular state of "altered consciousness", with a lack of interest in social and world affairs, and to basically keep the masses "dumbed down" and in a stupor (similar to the problems associated with alcoholism).

Beyond the Drug War: Drug Policy, Social Interventions, and the Future

Supporting the "War on Drugs" is a fool’s errand, especially when legal drugs are both regulated and destructive, makes it difficult to figure out how to balance costs and benefits.

On Thursday June 2nd, 2011 - The 'Drug War Report' published by The 'Global Commission on Drug Policy' declared that, "The global war on drugs has failed, with devastating consequences for individuals and societies around the world... Fundamental reforms in national and global drug control policies are urgently needed."

Rather than repressive measures, the Global Commission recommends that governments stop experimenting to see what works between the balance of organized crime and public health, to instead increase health and treatment services across the board and measures aimed at syringe use and infectious diseases, while investing in activities that help both small-scale producers (e.g., farmers) and small-scale users (e.g., adolescents) with other viable life options.

In one sense, it is everything one might hope from such a report – internationally respected figures are weighing in on the problem with the use of scientific research and a comprehensive range of recommendations.

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the economic "Stimulus bill") is an economic stimulus package that was enacted by the U.S. Congress in February 2009 and signed into law by President Barack Obama.

The Act was in response to the late-2000s recession, the primary objective for ARRA was to save and create jobs almost immediately. Secondary objectives were to provide temporary relief programs for those most impacted by the recession and invest in infrastructure, education, health, and "green" energy. The Act included direct spending in infrastructure, education, health, and energy, federal tax incentives, and expansion of unemployment benefits and other social welfare provisions.

The idea behind the bill was that the government should offset the decrease in private spending with an increase in public spending in order to save jobs and stop further economic deterioration. The Act also included many items not directly related to economic recovery such as long-term spending projects and other items specifically included by Congress.

What was discovered however, is that many new jobs cost more to create than the benefit they produced and that unemployment levels still topped out over 10% anyway. Adding to that the collapse of the "housing bubble", which was characterized by rapid increases in real estate values until they finally reached unsustainable levels, which then declined and imploded on themselves, has left many Americans in foreclosure or "homeless".

The G-20 (the "Group of Twenty") from 20 major economies, including 19 countries plus the European Union and also representing by the President of the European Council and by the European Central Bank, has also looked into worldwide economic stimulus plans. Their findings stated that the financial crisis turned into a broader macroeconomic crisis by the fall of 2008. The world economy had hit a wall, with growth plunging in all the major advanced and emerging economies. Monetary policies acted as a first line of defense against the crisis but conventional measures quickly reached their limits in many countries. Policy interest rates in many countries are now close to the zero and the implosion of financial markets in many economies has caused monetary systems to be less effective.

The U.S. Senate Budget Committee just recently (Jan. 2012) confirmed their outlook for the United States and global economies, stating that, projections released by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) show that the global economy is rapidly slowing and that Europe's current financial situation is headed for a drastic downturn.

*HAVE "ECONOMIC STIMULUS" AND THE COLLAPSE OF WORLD MARKETS BEEN USED AS A DEVICE TO FORCE THE NEED FOR ESTABLISHING A GLOBAL ECONOMY SYSTEM (a World Bank and One-World Government)?

Our civil rights and constitution are being slowly eroded - first by a drastic decline in morality that has filtered over into the more liberal ranks, which in the quest for their own equality under those same principles, has actually had a detrimental effect on the interpretation of the laws that created those rights in the first place. This has created a political environment that has allowed for those same laws to be slowly amended or removed completely through either a "lack of interest" in governing ourselves from the civilian sector, or as an effort to provide "protection" for our populace against some unforeseen outside threat (terrorism) and in the interest of "National Security".

By the way - TERRORISM, is defined as: the systematic use of terror, especially as a means of coercion, for the intent to create fear (terror), as being perpetrated for religious, political or, ideological goals.

These same tactics have been used by criminal organizations for "protection rackets" or as a method to enforce a "code of silence" but has traditionally not been labeled "terrorism", though these same actions may be labeled as such when performed by a politically motivated group.

We have seen numerous accounts of regular suicide bombings in many other countries around the world. We have also experienced a few major incidents in the USA, but at least our methods of border control and law enforcement, so far to date, have been successful in staying off the regularity of the smaller day-to-day incidents that we see occurring in some democratic nations elsewhere in the world.

Although the threat may be real, is the amount of hype and publicity it has received domestically in the United States and the fervor being generated to support the agenda of a government moving towards a "Police State" initiative therefore warranted? So is that same government then likewise using "terrorism" tactics as a means to support and implement a domestic military build-up for anti-terrorism purposes? This is not to discount the efforts of the many brave people working on this plight, nor the lives that have been lost either directly or indirectly as a result, but many wars have also been fought in the past for reasons that are less than "righteous" and more so to serve another (or more "covert") underlying agenda of the politicians in control. For example, are the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East actually about serving the rights and freedoms of their people and in the interests of promoting democracy over brutal dictatorship regimes ~OR~ is it much more simply about WHO gets to control all of the OIL?

So with the recent trend of the (DHS) Dept. of Homeland Security and FEMA to "ramp up" multi-national defensive forces in the efforts of fighting the "War against Terrorism", what is actually the REAL AGENDA? It is becoming more evident by seeing the legislation that has been passed over the last few years, as well as continuing to be implemented (i.e. NDAA, etc.), that the country WANTS to have a "Police State" in order to better protect its citizens and serve its National interests. Or is that is what we are being led to believe and do because of the "fear" and worry being generated by "terrorism"?

Now let's just put aside all of the thoughts about drugs and crime, unemployment and economic hardship, terrorism and terrorists, and the fear of wars, or the threat of (WMDs) "Weapons of Mass Destruction". That's enough to think about and ruin anyone's day. While each of these problems are being addressed separately and each has its own unique proposed resolutions (and/or underlying "hidden" agendas) being sought after...

THESE ARE ALL DISTRACTIONS from the more difficult challenges that face the planet!

So then - What other problems are we really facing collectively as a globally concerned people in this world today? ~OUR FUTURE ON THIS PLANET~

By distracting us and keeping the world preoccupied with too many problems, we can lose sight of the real issues and the true underlying problem is then hidden from plain sight.

Fighting pollution and cleaning up the environment along with combating plagues, disease and the resulting famines is not a new issue but more attention has been drawn to the matter in the last decade or so of our modern era than ever before. This is because a better understanding has emerged in relation to "Global Warming" and the growing world population (now nearly 7 billion people), as far as the impact that this number of people living on the planet are having on the world today (as well as in the near future).

There is great concern with what we have seen and experienced in the last few years that the Earth is undergoing significant atmospheric and geophysical changes, many of which have been compounded simply by the fact that there are so many people living in the world. This has placed a great demand on global resources which is cumulatively compounding every day.

Science shows that the sheer numbers of the world population are the main factor contributing to "Global Warming" and the "green house effect" from the Carbon Dioxide emissions that are produced by our society in general. This is directly linked to the problems that the world is now experiencing in regard to the shifting climates and weather patterns that are in turn causing regional crop failures which make it difficult to produce enough food to feed all these people. That likewise then creates the large scale famines and plagues which contribute to the overall spread of infectious diseases worldwide. All of these factors also impact the global community accordingly with economic repercussions which eventually filter down to the person who is having a hard time supporting themselves on a daily basis. It is a matter of survival not only for the individual but for the future of the world's people.

As a result, there has been a considerable effort promoted by the scientific and environmental communities as to how the world should approach this crisis and attempt to resolve it. Likewise, this has become a primary concern for UNESCO and the United Nations as efforts are being developed to "save the world" from itself.

We have already seen how some environmental groups (such as 'Greenpeace') have reacted and treated issues pertaining to "saving the environment", especially when they resort to more "radical" methods and tactics. Can you imagine this same approach being conducted by a vast and huge international organization, if and when it is pushed to such extremism? (Especially when they are backed by a large multi-national Task Force).

IS THE THREAT OF WORLD CRISIS, RAMPANT DISEASE AND WORLD FOOD SHORTAGES, BEING USED AS DEVICES TO FORCE THE NEED OF A GLOBAL SYSTEM TO SOLVE ALL THESE PROBLEMS?

• Scientific and Medical approach to Drug Abuse and other Health Concerns.
• Efforts towards "Economic Globalism" with unified International Banking management (IMF) and a World Trade System.
• Promote World Peace, Humanitarian Efforts, Inter-Faith cooperation and use of Multi-National U.N. Task Forces to "Keep the Peace".
• Implementation of Environmental Measures to Combat "Global Warming", solve the causes of World Famine and prevent Infectious Diseases, in order to provide a positive long-lasting future for all of mankind and the future of the planet Earth.
• Provide an International Council that can "manage" all of these affairs, above and beyond the scope of individual Corporate or National limitations and restrictions.

The (UNSC) UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL (established in 1946) is the political, military and governing body that provides the administration and task forces necessary to support the U.N.'s agendas. It is charged with the maintenance of international peace and security through the UNMNTF (United Nations Multinational Task Forces), the UNISF (United Nations Interim Security Forces) and the UNPKF (United Nations Peace Keeping Forces).

The Security Council "may investigate any dispute, or any situation which might lead to international friction or give rise to a dispute". The Council may "recommend appropriate procedures or methods of adjustment"if it determines that the situation might endanger international peace and security. Under the United Nations Charter, the Security Council also has the "responsibility to protect populations from genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity".

Therefore, the U.N.'s role in international collective security is defined by the U.N. Charter, which gives the Security Council the power to:

• Investigate any situation threatening international peace.
• Recommend procedures for peaceful resolution of a dispute.
• Call upon other member nations to completely or partially interrupt economic relations as well as sea, air, postal, and radio communications, or to sever diplomatic relations.
• Enforce its decisions militarily, or by any means necessary.
• Avoid conflict and maintain focus on cooperation.

The 'Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court' also recognizes that the U.N. Security Council has authority to refer cases to the Court, where this international tribunal could not otherwise exercise legal jurisdiction in world affairs.

There are 15 members of the Security Council, consisting of five veto-wielding permanent members (China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States) and 10 elected non-permanent members with two-year terms. They also recommend who will have the position of Secretary-General to the General Assembly of the United Nations.

The UNITED NATIONS (WCC) WORLD CORE CURRICULUM for GLOBAL EDUCATION is the institution and educational body that fosters a "New Age" style of thinking and movement towards the unity and harmony of all humantity, both intellectually and spiritually.

It founder, Robert Muller (born 1923) may be most well known for his role as Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations, or perhaps for his founding and developing of the United Nations University of Peace in Costa Rica. However, it was his spirituality that led him to take on these jobs, strive for world peace, and even create a global education curriculum. Muller is known as the “father of global education,” and received the UNESCO Peace Education Prize in 1989 for his World Core Curriculum (WCC), a global education program, where Muller “developed a core curriculum to teach the whole child.”

At the UN’s 56th Annual DPI/NGO Conference in September 2003, a workshop discusses how Robert Muller’s curriculum “included hygiene, gardening, vocational training, marketing, entrepreneurship, as well as values and respect.”According to Professor Walter J. Veith, PhD, "What the speaker neglected to mention was the seriousness of the occult and New Age philosophies and practices that are being spread through Robert Muller’s program."

Muller believes in the divinity of humanity and was deeply influenced by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, a Jesuit priest who taught that all of humanity would eventually meld into one super-being through the coming of the Cosmic Christ. The (WCC) World Core Curriculum itself also tells us much about Muller's source of inspiration: The underlying philosophy upon which The Robert Muller School is based will be found in the teachings set forth in the books of Alice A. Bailey by the Tibetan Teacher of Djwhal Khul... and the teaching of Morya as given in the Agni Yoga series books.

The first Robert Muller School opened in 1979, with dozens more following. Thousands of people now use his program and the United Nations World Core Curriculum for Global Education believes every school in the world should teach this curriculum.

(UNESCO) the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, is a unique and specialized agency of the U.N. Its stated purpose is to contribute to peace and security by promoting international collaboration through education, science, and culture in order to further universal respect for justice, the rule of law, and human rights along with fundamental freedoms proclaimed in the U.N. Charter. It is also a member of the (UNDG) United Nations Development Group, a consortium created by the Secretary General of the United Nations in 1997, from the result of U.N. reforms to improve the effectiveness of U.N. development activities at the country or national level.

The UNESCO Biosphere Program was created in 1970 and the United States joined in 1974 when our State Department signed a memorandum of understanding with the pledge that the United States will adhere to the Biosphere conditions and limitations as laid down by UNESCO. During his term, President Ronald Reagan pulled the United States out of membership with the organization because he felt that UNESCO was totally corrupt. However, the previous memorandum in regard to the U.S. National Monuments and U.S. National Parks that were designated as "World Heritage" sites was left "as is", along with the "protected" biosphere locations adopted within the U.S. National Parks.

Since its beginning, UNESCO has been trying to impose an international curriculum to prepare students for world government through the model developed under the UN (WCC) World Core Curriculum by Robert Muller. In 1968, UNESCO provided the funding to create the (IBO) International Baccalaureate Organization, a non-government organization, in Geneva, Switzerland. which provides the curriculum for 33,000 teachers in nearly 1500 schools around the world. Now, more than 500 U.S. schools in total are now using the IBO's International Baccalaureate program.

World Heritage Sites

A UNESCO World Heritage Site is a place (such as a forest, mountain, lake, desert, monument, building, complex, or city) that is listed by the UNESCO as having a special cultural or physical significance. The list is maintained by the international World Heritage Program administered by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee. The program was founded with the Convention Concerning the Protection of World Cultural and Natural Heritage, which was adopted by the General Conference of UNESCO in 1972. There are almost 1000 such sites designated worldwide with over 20 pieces of American property having been designated and under the scope of the "Biosphere Program", that has since expanded to include 47 Biosphere Reserves in the United States covering approximately 50 million acres of land.

Legal Status

UNESCO designation as a World Heritage Site provides that such sites are legally protected pursuant to the 'Law of War', under the Geneva Convention, for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict and international law.

This prohibits ANYONE (or ANY government) from:

1. Committing any acts of hostility directed against the historic monuments, works of art or places of worship which constitute the cultural or spiritual heritage of peoples.
2. Using such objects in support of a military effort.
3. Making such designated areas the object of a reprisal.

While each World Heritage Site remains part of the legal territory of the state wherein the site is located, UNESCO considers it in the interest of the international community to preserve (and protect) each site accordingly through any means (or methods) available to them through the United Nations.

Management of the ocean is a complex web of inter-related, intertwined, converging and competing demands and interests. The modern governance of the oceans among world political leaders often lacks the means and authority to ensure compliance and enforcement. Adequate governance structures and institutional coherence are therefore crucial to effectively respond to growing pressures on the world’s ocean.

The United Nations system of providing leadership through fostering cooperative action among U.N. agencies and programs will lead to a reformed mechanism for ocean coordination. The integration of science into institutional decision making, including international policy creation and regulatory enforcement, will adapt to new knowledge as it is created and essential for the future.

“The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a BEAST coming OUT OF THE SEA. UNESCO and the Club of Rome ('Committee of 300'), along with their longtime post World War II allies (the United States and Great Britain) and the (EU) European Union, have already proposed plans for the recommended division of the world into ten (10) distinct demographic regions based on their (GNP) and potential agricultural production, and in relationship to their global economic viability with the (IMF) International Monetary Fund and World Bank.

The WAR in the MIDDLE EAST

The ongoing problems and tension in the Middle East are nothing new in the modern era. The height of activity and mounting assaults between Israel and factions from the surrounding Arab nations has been building significantly however, especially over the last year in regard to the debate over the Palestinian Authority's petition for full recognition by the United Nations.

The Palestinian Authority has been actively seeking U.N. approval and adoption to be upgraded from the status of an "Observing Member" (since 1974), to that of full membership along with the recognition of Palestine as an independent and free state. There has been ongoing debate in the matter especially on how to resolve the issue of what land shall be allocated to them in regard to the nation of Israel. Last year (2011), the United Nations General Assembly confirmed its declaration that a decision in this matter MUST be mandated by September of 2012 (already with alleged approval by the U.N.) and that a "peace" accord must be likewise decided upon between Israel and Palestine.

"Then he [ the coming "Antichrist" ] shall confirm a covenant [ peace plan or treaty ] with many [ with Israel and Arab neighbors ] for one week [ a week of years = 7 years ] But in the middle of the week [ 3.5 years ] he shall bring an end [ treaty broken by the "Antichrist" ] to sacrifice and offering [ at the "Third Temple" ]…" (Daniel 9:27 NKJ)

UNESCO also voted on October 31, 2011 to admit Palestine as a member into its charter, granting them full membership and all rights accordingly. This has allowed Palestinians to register certain sites, like the 'Church of the Nativity' (in Palestinian occupied land - Israel), as part of UNESCO’s "World Heritage" listing.

Couple this together with the threat of Iran emerging as a nuclear nation and its hatred for Israel, the mounting conflicts of civil war in Syria, the widespread influence of the Muslim Brotherhood which now stretches from North Africa into the whole of the Middle East, and this coming year (2012) may prove to demand a direct intervention on the part of UNESCO and the United Nations Security Forces.

IS THE POTENTIAL FOR WAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST BEING USED AS A DEVICE TO FORCE A BIASED PEACE SETTLEMENT BETWEEN ISRAEL AND PALESTINE (an thus also fulfilling the prophecy above)?

So... we have an international environmentally-based organization that promotes "New Age" thinking and spirituality with a system of education towards the same, that is the designated guardian over global wildlife and wilderness areas, which has international jurisdiction over "World Heritage" sites, can influence the international courts and world justice tribunal, has access to a global "Police Force" under the United Nations, and will soon have control over the entire world's oceans and coastal regions!
